you?
A. We are
paid a small commission by the venues
as part of their marketing expense.
Many corporate companies use an
agent, therefore a high percentage
of each venues corporate business
is placed through an agent who is
booking in volume, giving all of
our clients the best negotiated
rates available.

I am looking for a venue, where
do I start?
A. You can
either complete an on-line enquiry
form, send an email or call us.
If we are monitoring the site you
can talk to us on-line - our online
help desk is at the top left of
this page.

Will you email me venues with availability?
A. Yes - we
try to offer three alternatives,
if you have preferred venues tell
us who they are.

When do I have to make a decision?
A. We will
provisionally hold all venues offered,
who will give you time to make a
decision. If, in the meantime, they
do receive another enquiry for the
same date(s), they will contact
us and we will contact you to discuss
your progress.

What is the procedure when I decide
on a venue?
A. Firstly
we will verify all details with
you, we will issue a confirmation
to the venue, and copy you. The
venue will then send you a contract,
with terms and conditions to sign
and return.

Once I have signed and returned
the contract can I cancel?
A. Each venue
has it's own terms and conditions.
It is important you read and understand
the cancellation policy before signing
and returning.

How do I pay?
A. Payment
options will be included on our
quotations and discussed with you
before confirming the venue.
