Highpoint
conference centre is a unique conference venue
set within inspiring surroundings. Originally
St. Catherine’s Chapel and Convent, the site
was purchased by Leicester Housing Association
in 1997. The £5m conversion to create Highpoint,
a state-of-the-art Conference centre with residential
accommodation, was completed in 2002. Dedicated
conference centre 1 mile from Leicester City
centre. Easily accessible from M1 and Leicester
Railway Station. 11 purposely designed conference
rooms to seat from 2 – 130 delegates. IT computer
training suite. State of the art audio visual
equipment. Fully licensed contemporary restaurant
and bar.Fully air conditioned throughout. Free
on-site car parking .
We
offer 28 bedrooms, each with en suite facilities,
computer points, hospitality tray, TV and video.
Several of our bedrooms have been designed with
facilities for disabled guests, just ask for more
details. They are all individual in character, adopting
a Shaker theme and appointed to the same high standard.The
temperature in each bedroom can be individually
altered using the thermostat on the radiator. An
iron, trouser press or wake-up call can be arranged
with reception. The televisions in each bedroom
provide up-to-date information about Highpoint and
its services on channel 6. Now all areas of the
building include FREE Wi-Fi Internet access.
CATERING
The
Orchards Restaurant is located in the hub of the
building and is managed by our in-house chef and
hospitality team. Together they create freshly prepared
dishes using the finest ingredients and seasonal
produce. Our wide ranging cuisine makes dining at
Highpoint an experience to savour and we are always
happy to cater for special dietary requirements.
The restaurant can seat up-to 120 delegates.
Our
comprehensive resources coupled with our totally
flexible approach and commitment to the successful
completion of your training programmes exemplifies
Scalford Hall’s status as a premier training
venue.There are 9 principal management training
suites supported by 15 fully serviced syndicate
rooms. For private dinners, the Hall offers
2 secluded dining rooms.

staying away from home our 88 bedrooms make sure
you have all the comforts. Single, Twin and Double
rooms are all ensuite and offer tea/coffee trays,
